SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are delivered via the courier company Econt within the territory of Bulgaria.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day. The delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday are processed on the first following business day.
PAYMENT
All orders in the online store are paid for in advance via credit or debit card through the secure Stripe payment system.
The merchant does not store bank card data. Payments are processed directly by the certified payment service provider Stripe.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Every customer has the right to return or exchange a purchased item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Before returning or exchanging, you must contact us via email at info.naraitalia@gmail.com and provide your order number and your request for a return or exchange.
Returned items must be:
• in their original commercial condition;
• without traces of use, washing, dirt, or damage;
• with all original labels and accessories;
• accompanied by the purchase document.
The costs for returning or exchanging goods are at the customer's expense.
In the event of a claim due to a manufacturing defect or a wrongly received item, the transport costs are at the Merchant's expense.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, its value is refunded to the same bank card used for the payment. The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect details may be canceled due to the inability to fulfill them.
