Delivery

When paying on delivery (cash on delivery), the prices are as follows:

Delivery to Econt office: 6.23 BGN + 1.21% cash on delivery fee

Delivery to address via Econt: 7.80 BGN + 1.21% cash on delivery fee

*Additional services such as on-time delivery, SMS notification and cash on delivery commission fee are charged additionally.

* Free Shipping on orders over 299 BGN when paying by card on our website

You automatically receive a Preview and Test option with all shipments, which means you can see the items before paying.

You can order the shipment to be delivered to your personal or work address or choose to receive it from an Econt office in your city.

All orders received on our site by 3:00 PM are processed the same day and delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday and delivered to the customer on Tuesday.

All shipments throughout Bulgaria are delivered by the courier company Econt.

You will receive your order at the address you provided, carefully packaged by our team. We ship with the preview and test option , shipments consisting of several items are shipped with the selection option , which means you can return some of the items and keep only the ones you like.

Delivery time from the courier company is 1 business day. (Exceptions are cases of delay on the part of the courier company and small settlements, which are served according to the courier's schedule.)
