Shipping Within Bulgaria

All orders within Bulgaria are delivered by Econt courier service.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day are processed on the same day. Delivery takes 2–4 business days for in-stock items. Pre-order items have a delivery time of 7–14 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping throughout Europe via courier service.

Delivery takes 3–7 business days for in-stock items. Pre-order items have a delivery time of 7–14 business days.

PAYMENT

For Bulgaria

Orders can be paid by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe payment system or by cash on delivery (COD) upon receipt of the shipment from Econt courier service.

For International Orders

All international orders must be paid in advance by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe payment system.

The Merchant does not store any bank card information. Card payments are processed directly by Stripe, a certified payment service provider.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every customer has the right to return or exchange a purchased item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Before requesting a return or exchange, please contact us at info.naraitalia@gmail.com, providing your order number and indicating whether you wish to return or exchange the item.

Returned items must be:

• In their original, saleable condition;
• Free from signs of use, washing, stains, or damage;
• With all original tags and accessories attached;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

The shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a claim due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being delivered, the return shipping costs will be covered by the Merchant.

Orders submitted with incomplete or incorrect information may be cancelled if they cannot be fulfilled.
